If a great way to spend your Saturday morning includes a trip to the Memphis Farmers Market and a Crawfish Boil, then Saturday, April 27th, is your lucky day!! We're celebrating crawfish season on 4/27 with Memphis Mudbugs presenting a traditional Crawfish boil with all the fixings (sausage, mushrooms and potatoes). You’ll be able to purchase by the pound, with 1lb for $10 or 3lbs for $25, so bring a friend! We'll also have beer specials from Wiseacre Brewing Company. You can quench your crawfish craving between 10 a.m. – 1 p.m., with all proceeds benefiting the Memphis Farmers Market.
Memphis Farmers Market is back for our 19th season!
Join us for Opening Day on Saturday, April 5, from 8 AM to 1 PM in the historic South Main neighborhood. Since 2006, we’ve been a producer-only market, bringing you the best local vendors from across the Mid-South.
This season, more than 80 vendors will offer fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy, pasture-raised meats, eggs, bread, baked goods, fresh-cut flowers, artisan crafts, plants, food trucks, and more. Plus, we’re hosting weekly community events like dog adoptions, kids’ activities, free exercise classes, and health clinics.
Opening Day Highlights:
45+ vendors with more joining throughout the season and farmers’ offerings changing weekly as the season progresses
Live music from 9 AM to 1 PM, sponsored by South Main Sounds
Face painting from 10 AM to 12 PM by Jatziry Face & Body Art
Dog adoption event from 8 AM to 1 PM, hosted by the Humane Society of Memphis & Shelby County
Free yoga class from 9 AM to 9:45 AM, hosted by YogaSix Downtown
We are rain or shine, offer ample parking, and leashed dogs are welcome.
See you at the market!
